Creating Brighter Futures

Creating Brighter Futures is an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) facility that has been providing care and support for families navigating autism therapy for over seven years. The dedicated and compassionate staff, including therapists and clinicians, have shown patience, kindness, and consistency in working with the children, particularly in the earlier years when the most progress was observed. However, the facility has also faced ongoing challenges related to insurance coverage, with decisions often dictating what programs are deemed "medically necessary," which can be frustrating and discouraging for families. While the care and support received by the children and their families have been highly appreciated, the final billing process upon voluntarily phasing out of services has left a lasting negative impression for some.
