Brookeside Veterinary Hospital is a place where the love for animals is evident. They offer veterinary care as well as boarding services for pets. The staff, including Dr. Nancy Smaltz, are caring and competent, quickly building trust with pet owners. They take the time to listen to concerns and explain plans of care in a clear and understandable way. The hospital has reasonable pricing and provides a respectful and patient environment, especially during difficult decisions such as putting a pet to sleep. Surrounded by beautiful farms and fields, Brookeside Veterinary Hospital gives off a warm and welcoming "All Creatures, Great and Small" vibe.
Outstanding service and experience overall! Brookeside was extremely professional and took great care of my precious Tootsie during her feline spay procedure. The facility was impressive, the staff was welcoming and they provided thorough instructions for her after-care and recovery. I definitely recommend them!
Brookside is absolutely AMAZING! They always treat all of our pets with care and respect as well as us when we bring them in. They are fair in price, and have helped us with multiple pets over the years. Highly recommend!
Each time I visit this practice for grooming, vaccinations, prescriptions I feel like I am with family, and they are a family, a team of professionals dedicated to our beloved pets. From the front reception with Cindy and Robin to the Veterinarians, Dr. Smaltz and Dr. R. they provide timely visits excellent information and are genuinely concerned about the pet's welfare. The groomer Nancey is the best in the business, my dog leaves looking like she is ready for Westminster! The kennel staff walk and assist with bathing and a hundred other tasks that support the clinic and clients.
