Bloom is truly a one-of-a-kind experience here in Ann Arbor. The staff up front are very courteous and help you through every step of the way! Would highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury relaxing spa day.
Beautiful space! I came here for a spa party to celebrate my sisters bday. Booking was easy--although you get a text from an unknown number to book. I did ask for a link to an invoice, which helped ease some nerves. The staff were extremely helpful!! My mom and sister reported great massages. The sauna, from what I hear, was very hot!! Don't be afraid to come out early if needed. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because I felt I didn't get the whole 90 minute massage I was expecting (closer to 70min). Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience! The champagne toast was a cute touch!
It was my first time at Bloom, and from the moment I walked in, I felt instantly relaxed. The inviting decor and, most importantly, the cleanliness truly set the tone for a luxury spa experience. Piper at the front desk and Lauren, my massage therapist, were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lauren mentioned she had over 17 years of experience and it showed. Her technique was impeccable, and my 60-minute massage (with hot stones, highly recommend!) was amazing. I also loved the sauna.
