Terrible customer service. I was diagnosed with glaucoma. Told that if the prescribing medication was too expensive, to call back and a different medication would be given. Of course the Bausch and Lomb medication was too high prices, $225 per month WITH INSURANCE. I called back twice to ask for a different prescription and nobody called me back. I also paid in full for a new pair of prescription glasses. Due in 2 weeks. I called after 10 business days and given lots of excuses why the order wasn't ready yet. I'm asking for a full refund and not getting any answers and lots of run around.

I had an eye exam on July 6th after losing my glasses. I was told it would take two weeks for the replacement to arrive. We had to call several times to find out that they won't be available until August 2nd at the earliest. The explanation was that "Davis" has been behind schedule. At no time when ordering the glasses were we informed of this so I could make other arrangements. I need my glasses for everything! At least they could have been honest and up front. Nope!

Was a long time customer. No more. Bought a new pair of glasses. Paid in full. I have a receipt which says paid in full. Then they come back two months later and say "We made a mistake. You owe us more." Threaten me with collections. They have become (and perhaps always were) scam artists. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other optometrists in the area.
