I was made aware from the first time I spoke with this office that there was a low chance of getting my ticket reduced. They were upfront with me about it and I decided to hire them anyway. Communication was mainly through email. Even though I knew there was a very slim chance of a reduction, they managed to get me one. I was mainly worried about a seat belt ticket effecting my CSA score. Having them represent me also meant I didnt have to miss work and come up from Texas to appear in court myself. I made the right decision by retaining them.
