Shawn is an amazing instructor! She really loves what she does and is so knowledgeable. This was my 2nd time taking her class and I always leave feeling confident in my skills. The atmosphere of class is comforting, educational, and fun. I will continue to choose Ann Arbor Heart when I need to renew my BLS.

The facility is very clean, inviting, air conditioned and organized. There are individual tables for each participant with everything you need for the CPR learning session.
The course consists of a live instructor, video, hands on learning and a BSL manual is provided to keep for reference. Our instructor Shawn was wonderful! She provided opportunities to answer questions and ample time to practice on CPR mannequins to assist with learning.
I also appreciated the email/ text reminders, of my upcoming BSL course, which also provided clear directions to their facility.
