I started seeing Nancy about a year postpartum for help with core strength, general body mechanics, and help feeling more comfortable and confident returning to running. Nancy is simply the best - she created plans tailored to my goals, always made sure I felt confident with my at home exercises between sessions, and was available between sessions for any questions or concerns that I had. I wish all pregnant and postpartum people had access to the level of care that Nancy provides. Nancy at Ancoeur Wellness is the best! She has supported me through all the challenging aches and pains of new motherhood. Nancy is truly the key to me feeling strong postpartum. Nancy is so knowledgeable, respectful, kind, and understanding. I never anticipated how much pregnancy, birth, and caring for a baby would stress my body.
