Tim N. Was very knowledgeable and really knows maintenance. He quickly diagnosed a thermostat wiring issue, caused by the prior technician, which caused the air conditioner to short out and drain the battery of the wall thermostat. Tim loves his work and is very professional! I hope he is my moms’ only maintenance person in the future. Thank you for job well done.
