I recently had numerous plumbing issues including a leaking pipe in the crawl space and I also needed an old toilet replaced.. From the very Courteous Front office of Jody and Tom to the 2 Technicians who came out and addressed all my issues. Nate and Donnie were very polite and professional and did an amazing job very thorough and complete.. We've had a nearly 30 year relationship with this firm and never have they disappointed. Today, they completed another installation for us and again, without issue and within a few short hours.
As someone who has been in and around contractors for over 50 years, I can't recommend Lakeshore highly enough.

During the recent ice storm, my mother lost power, as did most people. She is 90, and the house was down to 42 by this morning (two days after the storm) but I am in Arizona and don't know any businesses there. When the power returned we had trouble with different zones in the house not reenergizing, including the furnace. We weren't sure if it was from the electric panel, or the furnace itself, so I called Lakeshore whom my mother said had installed the furnace, and the wonderful person who answered the phone got us on the list for a visit, but also gave me the name of an electrician in the area that they've worked with.
