My mom and I both came here for the first time recently and both had a WONDERFUL experience. It was such a beautiful space and community. At the end of the class everyone introduced themselves and welcomed us. I will definitely be going back and am so grateful a studio such as this is available in Alpena!

I suffer from back and knee pain and decided to try yoga to see if that would help. I was a little apprehensive because of my lack of flexibility right now, but the session with Joanna was unbelievable! She was patient with us (I wasn't the only new one there), made sure we were doing the correct movements, and even offered alternative options if we needed it. I honestly felt like a new person at the end of it. My knee and back pain was gone for almost 2 days without taking any of the pain medication. She provides the mat, bolster, and yoga blocks, so there's no need to go out and buy a bunch of expensive stuff if you're new. I wish I had started this years ago. Thank...read full review
