I would have given this company a zero star if it would have been an option. Several months ago we contacted them to do a big remodel for us . We provided them with the digital prints and the told us they wanted the job but couldn't start until the end of July. We agreed .We waited for them. We tried to contact them multiple times but felt that we were ghosted . When finally someone returned a call in mid August they informed us they were NOT doing the job because they didn't get prints ( we have an email confirmation that they did) the lady was rude to me and blamed us for them not doing their job. Avoid this company at all costs.

Apparently this company doesn’t care about good customer service or getting new business customers! I was in an urgent situation with a plumbing leak and called at least three or four times to try to schedule an appointment, leaving a message twice! No one ever returned my calls! I finally made an appointment with another city plumbing company that has had great customer service! If you have plumbing and heating problems that need service right away and you’re looking to schedule an appointment with Great Lakes, don’t bother!

We have always received great quick service from Great Lakes Plumbing & Heating. We recently had our boiler go out and Dave had it running within a few hours the following morning. I can't say enough great things about thiis company!
