Very disappointed and confused regarding our meeting W Dr Preston. Very nice man HOWEVER upon arriving to our consult with him, he had supposedly read my husband's petscan regarding stomach cancer. We were led to believe what was ahead of us was surgery, partial or full and chemo. IMAGINE OUR SURPRISE when our consult with the UofM surgeon reviewing the same petscan looked at us like we were crazy when we asked about the upcoming surgery and chemo, then told us they had already removed it ALL when they initially found it. Dr Preston should have been aware of this by reading that scan. We've had 2 weeks of dread and planning unnecessarily. Of course we are ELATED... read full review

This is my second visit to this hospital. I have had exceptional care here. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, respectful, and very good at their job. Several people stood out for their good service. Emily who transferred me in a wheelchair to my stress test. Stephanie and Katrina nurses on the third floor. The lady that did my echocardiogram. Excellent. They made me feel comfortable and very sweet. And they did their job well. Thank you to all of them. And to all of the ER staff.
