The last thing you ever want to see in your house is water where it shouldn't be. For us that nightmare became a reality. After calling numerous companies, this company stood out to me because of their knowledge and empathy. They didn't try to sell me on some expensive drainage system. I was fortunate to only have some water intrusion due to settling cracks, so they knew the perfect solution for me. They answered all my questions and was able to come out to fix my issue in 2 days! As a homeowner, not many things are worst than having water coming into your basement. Luckily for me and many others, there's Smith's Waterproofing. These guys are the real deal and do honest work. Blair the owner himself, met me at my house late after work to scope out my basement. He walked me through what needs to be done, how they do it, and what the finished product would look like. He showed me pictures of the pipe system installed, what the panels would look like and much more. If you want QUALITY , GUARANTEED work Smiths Waterproofing are the company you want. I bought a house with a leaky basement. We hired Smiths Waterproofing. They were very efficient . The job was done quickly and professionally. I lived there with my family 14 plus years post the repairs and the basement stayed dry. The work was guaranteed 25 years. Its been beyond that now but I am confident that if I knocked on the door of the current owners they would testify that its still dry . I now am in a home that for 9 years was dry but is now having leak issues. Smiths is my go to! Ill be calling them Monday. I would recommend them to anyone needing such services. Mary Gratton
