Saw a report showing this being an awful company do not do business with this company the owner has no ethics and will over charge and threaten legal actions in order to keep unhappy customers quiet
I played the same games in 2012 13 with this builder and CREW . ABSOLUTE CLOWN SHOW. Here's a list of all the scams that owner tried to pull with me. We revised our contract and the internet Fairy yanked my vinyl siding out of the contract. Instead of him sending me another contract, I just had him send me a fax that the vinyl siding was included in the price. THE LOSER TRIED TO COLLECT ON THAT AT CLOSING . Told me I went through 2 full propane tanks to keep my basement warm ??? I Called the number on the propane tank and they told me that their has been no refills at that address. Well, after the owner of the company threatened to sue me for "slander" I'll make sure everything I say in here is the truth. So after agreeing to a spec sheet that said about a 6 month build time, our home was built in 1 year 5 months and 22 days. The owner likes to deflect any and all responsibility and say we built around a moat and took a long time to get power. He fails to acknowledge that once the foundation was put in, I was over there every day with my personal generator pumping out the water. My wife and I were charged for "Pump Basement" for the tune of four figures which turned out to be $50 per hour. We were charged a "winter" charge for over $200 (still no...read full review
