Despite the negative reviews, we got ahold of them to have our tank emptied. They were nothing short professional. Trevor was awesome, did the job efficiently, and even made the extra effort to make sure all questions were answered. He gave friendly advice too! I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

After realizing my septic tanks were full I contacted security septic. Their next available appointment was a week away. Once I explained the urgency of my tanks as they were full to the neck they told me they'd do their best to get someone out before then if possible, and they'd call the next day with an update. Not even two hours later I received a call letting me know the owner himself would come over the next morning and help me out. He arrived on time and did an excellent job and resolved all issues with my tanks. They truly care about their customers and understand what it's like to have things come up unexpectedly. Great service from the initial phone call to the actual service provided. Called with a tank back-up and they were on it. Madison the tech was friendly and did a great job! I would recommend to anyone! Great work!
