This hospital sucks. Some staff members are friendly. ICU sucks calling in scripts without complete orders, not calling in full scrap that explaining everything in detail so people can understand it or taking labs and not even bother reading them back to the patient. I was better off driving the 50 miles to Monson Medical Center in Cadillac Michigan. I will never return to this hospital ever
Despite their own rules being posted for a limit of two visitors we (my mom) and I were told only one person could go back with my daughter. That it is a nurse by nurse based decision. That is a crock of bull you should post that then and not have two sets of rules.
When you go to ER in pain...obviously in pain or wouldn't go and you sit in the waiting room for 2 hours..a d your the only one waiting is piss poor service....hospitals aren't needed if this is how they run..just one excuse after another why were still sitting here....incondiserate bullshit on staff and Drs.
