I generally don't make appointments, and just walk in, I have had good experiences and not so good. Yesterday I went in for a Pedi, and Andy was the one I had. He was amazing, I believe in all the years of getting a pedi this was by far the best. In the future I will be making appointments with Andy! He took his time, and did an amazing job.

My daughter and I drive from harrison, and she drives from gladwin. I have been to a lot of nail salons and this place is the best. Color selection could be wider. I feel like that part is getting far and few in between to pick from. I never really have any complaints. They can't be perfect every time,but the out weigh the bad for sure

Not enough staff 4 people left when I was there. Staff was pleasant. Showed them what I wanted and got something that resembled it. Saw all the signs in the windows and wanted threading done. No one that works there knows how to do eyebrows and facials or anything else on the website for services.
