Grand River Plumbing was great to work with. They communicated throughout - parts were hard to get since they are discontinued. They were very clear with the options and made sure we knew the projected costs and timeline throughout. Would recommend to anyone.

I'm posting this review at the halfway point of a project. I'll repost, if I remember, at the end. We've had Doug come out to our place to help with a couple of things, and when things weren't perfect, he came back out and helped fine-tune everything. We also recently had Kyle and Drake come and help finish our bathroom in the basement. Did a great job with no fuss (as of right now it's the rough in and bath installation).
