Upon entering Ulta A salesperson asked my if she could help She stated I remember you. Elizabeth was so helpful pulling up information on specific hair tools. She researched where the products were available. She was patient and showed and listened to my needs. Brianna also helped me with lipsticks. She showed me quite a few. It's been a while since I've bought lipstick . She was happy to show me the colors I wanted. Can't say enough about the staff

I've had mixed experiences at this locations. My most recent visit though was right before Christmas and while it wasn't busy, I had nobody approach me and ask if I needed help. Then when I went to pay at the register, the associate had no idea how the birthday rewards worked. I thought it was like Sephora where you got a free offer for your birthday month. I guess I was wrong, it's just a coupon, but she even fought with me on that.

Product Yes‼️Its ULTA But Service Everytime w/Us aren't Okay. Whenever we go to this location we're ALWAYS overlooked and never asked if we need Assistance. However we watch them Help/Ask Other Customers. Which is very Unpleasant to deal with considering what we Spend there..Not A Satisfied Customer At All
