However, I’ve tried contacting her outside of the tax season and do not get any response, despite reaching out through the appointment scheduling part of the website, calling, and emailing. The lack of communication is what is driving my low rating of CW Accounting Services.

We were also able to sort out the items that I was originally contacting her about. I understand that life happens, so I am updating my review to 4 stars because we were able to complete my tax amendment successfully.“
