Cheryl was timely in completing my tax return for the past two years. However, I’ve tried contacting her outside of the tax season and do not get any response, despite reaching out through the appointment scheduling part of the website, calling, and emailing. The lack of communication is what is driving my low rating of CW Accounting Services.

10/20/25 Update: After posting this review, Cheryl reached out and explained the reasoning for the lack of communication. We were also able to sort out the items that I was originally contacting her about. This is the first time Cheryl did my in laws taxes and I must say.... She's a keeper. Very knowledgeable and kind. Cheryl has a warm personality. I rely on accountants to take care of this part of my life and Cheryl has shown me she's a great CPA to have.Thank you Cheryl for the great work and reasonable rates. Looking forward to seeing you every year.
