Was glad to learn they could get to my service request ahead of schedule. The technician who came was highly skilled but seemed to be grumpy. We had a new effluent pump installed, but he didn't dispose of the old one.
I have worked with Wray's for 18 years and have always been very pleased with the service. As a young man, the current owner Rodney installed my pump and haul tanks on an extremely challenging lakefront site. He calmly and swiftly lowered the two huge tanks into the mucky soil with phenomenal precision, at the end just smiling like it was no big thing. In the almost two decades since the install, Wrays has pumped out those tanks whenever I needed at a consistently fair price.
