I'm so grateful to have found Five Points! Our 11 year old boxer had a massive tumor that other veterinarians refused to operate on, but Dr. Klotz did the surgery and saved his life. Her bedside manner is incredible and it's evident how much she cares for those around her. The staff was amazing as well, we felt very loved every time we entered through the doors. They went above and beyond and even stayed late in order to make sure we were cared for. I highly recommend!
Dr. Gaide is just amazing. The one and ONLY vet I will take my dogs to for ear croppings. He has so much knowledge and has perfected this over the years of him doing it. He took our reference pictures and brought them to life in our puppies. It will be 8 dogs we have taken there after September 16th and we have never had a bad outcome with a single one. We get asked all the time who did our dogs ears when we take them in public, and we can’t say good enough things about this office! The 2 and a hour drive is well worth it!! The communication also after surgery, and the next day on pickup day was spot on, I even called extra to check up and they always gave me updates:)... read full review
Dr. Gaide and Dr. Klotz have both been so helpful for our family’s two dogs. Our first dog, Murphy received such care and compassion before we had to say goodbye to him at age 13 due to a tumor in his spleen. Dr Gaide is especially well versed with the needs of our 2nd, now elderly dog (14.5 years) Jasper. Everyone who works at this veterinary clinic is so helpful to assist when we need anything for our dogs. Thorough communication and high integrity with the balance of human and pet needs. Highly recommend this to anyone!
