What a great company. It doesn't matter when I call, they answer the phone right away or call me back very soon. They have shown up at my house numerous times within 60 minutes of my phone call. That is always appreciated when it is winter and the heat or hot water is out. They are great to work with and do a great job!!

Nice people here for the most part, but I pay a lot for insurance. Its a bit higher than normal & I'm looking around on prices and have found some cheaper agencies.

I felt so cared for and relief with Fairbairns prompt response and attention following my call and email to the service department about our furnace not working. Joe came and provided the service needed, including explaining the problem clearly, traveling to get the part needed to fix it and installing the new part.
This was all done efficiently and in a timely manner so that we had heat by noon.
From initial contact and scheduling through out the service and completion, I am grateful.

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys/gal. My water heater took a dive and I've got a house full of teenagers. There was literally a tech at my house probably within an hour, instead of weeks like some places. The tech was super friendly and didn't seem to mind me watching and learning. My dog absolutely adores him too now. Everyone I have dealt with has been kind and helpful. I would most definitely recommend their services to anyone.
