Teri is a very reasonable and fair business owner. Her customer service skills are incredible. I initially did not receive the cleaning service that we discussed for my move out cleaning because someone else she sent did not do the job appropriately. Once I asked her about it, she immediately came to complete the job herself with no time to waste and she went above and beyond. She never gave any attitude and was incredibly apologetic. This kind of service is rare to find these days, I appreciate your work ethic! Will use and recommend you in the future, thank you :)

Teri and her crew worked all day to clean my home from top to bottom. They were extremely professional and detail oriented and did a phenomenal job deep cleaning. They brought all their own cleaning supplies and equipment, worked diligently, and went above and beyond. Dusting, vacuuming, closets, cabinets, carpet cleaning - they did it all. I would recommend The Boss Lady's Cleaning Service to anyone looking for affordable and professional help.

Quick summary: Overall I am very satisfied with the service that I received from Teri and the Boss Lady's Cleaning Service. She did a fantastic job on my house and made it seem like new again.
