My MIL isnt physically able to groom her little devil dog anymore and because of this the dog was severely matted,stinky,sore hip,bites,and just nasty. Well my daughter told me about Haley at pretty paws. She was amazingly kind, non judgmental,and overall very professional. Haley informed us of her progress and when we could come pick up the dog. I called several grooming facilities and once i informed them of the condition of the dog most didnt want to give us their time. Thank you so much for taking on the challenge and welcoming us back for regular grooming visits. Haley is a rock star in my book!
My brother use to go there before he moved out of state,well he moved back to Adrian and was paying 50.00 for his lil dog,well she tried to charge him 65.00 he said no just do what we alway do for 50.00 needless to say she cut his mustache off and she didnt bathy him or anything he smelt like a dirty dog ,I guess hes not going there again !!!
