We are so thankful to have dealt with our sales rep, Jake King, at Lily Ann Cabinets. He was thorough, honest, patient and personable each time we conversed. After helping me through the initial zoom call, he patiently waited over a month for me to get back to him while I shopped around and compared other companies. When I came back with more questions, he expertly advised us. When I told him the initial cost was a bit over our budget, he offered suggestions to lower the cost. Knowing that he was on commission, I thought that was quite admirable.
