My husband and I were referred to Lily Ann Cabinets , We live in Ocala Florida . We drove on a Saturday to Largo Florida and met with Mrs. Lisa she was really kind and generous. This is the first house that we have built and she and her team were very knowledgeable and helped us a lot as far as us telling her what we were wanting and what are budget was. They even put our kitchen that we designed in 3d so we could see what it was going to look like. They were really helpful and did not try to just make a sale or try to up sell us . My wife found Lily Ann Cabinets on Tiktok and I thought it was too good to be true. We had a quote from a local cabinet shop for 34,000 and in these times that wasnt going to happen for us. I got a quote from Lily Ann and they quoted us at 10,000 and actually had the cabinets in stock. We decided to go with Lily Ann due to the fact that it was cheaper and they had them in stock. As a contractor, we have purchased multiple sets of cabinets from this company. Their products are consistently high-quality cabinets that have pleased all our customers to date. The design, quote, and shipping process has been fantastic. The only time we had an issue with a component, it was resolved quickly and professionally. In particular, I cannot speak highly enough of our sales rep who is always responsive and helpful with getting us our quotes in a timely manner and making any design changes needed. His response times, communication skills, and level of professionalism reflect his obvious dedication to his customers.
