“We were selecting a carpet runner for a staircase with very specific requirements. Unfortunately, the sales rep we worked with did not educate and guide us correctly and we chose a carpet that wasn't going to work for our situation. Unfortunately, our builder had to put in a lot of extra effort to change the staircase in order to work with the selected carpet which could have been avoided.
