Family Medical Center of Michigan is a praised primary care facility, known for its top-notch doctors and accommodating staff. It is everything in one location. The mental health services are amazing, and the dentist office inside is absolutely hands down the best dental office. Patients report the best experiences with all the doctors, assistants, hygienists and receptionists who are exceptional. The pharmacy is always on the ball. The center's affiliation with Promedica and the new hospital is highly valued. Additional services such as dental, psychological, therapeutic, and phlebotomy are also available.
This is for the dentist part:
The dentists themselves are good. They seem well educated and they are nice to the patient and I dont feel too judged when going in with my horrific mouth. However.. the receptionist is rude and judgemental and I hate calling or going in being forced to talk to her. Going to the dentist is hard enough, but talking to the receptionist is the part I dread about going to THIS dentist.
Very nice office. When I was new to Adrian, this is the first office I called to set up primary care and have been here ever since. It is a one stop shop for quite a few medical services. Even has its own pharmacy.
I started seeing Dr Waldeck here about 6-8 months ago. This Dr. is amazing! She is kind, courteous, compassionate and treats BASED ON SYMPTOMS. ( 50 yo female here in the middle of peri along with a laundry list of health issues ) She truly is FOR the patient. Staff friendly and I rarely wait more than 10 minutes to see her.
