I want to give a huge shout-out to Chris from Citizen Gas Fuel Company! He went far beyond to troubleshoot an issue with our gas stove. Not only did he come to our home promptly, but he also followed up with a call and even came out after hours to check our breaker again.

We truly appreciate his time, patience, and professionalism, as well as the excellent job he did. Chris made what could have been a stressful situation completely manageable. Thank you so much for your outstanding service!

It’s sad this is the only company that we can use in Adrian. I was told by a staff member here one thing and then lied and changed it up just to get me off the phone. The supervisor was not very kind and extremely not understanding. Wish we had more options, it’d the people who work here that make the company horrible.

Absolutely the worst gas company to deal with. They won't start new service until the bill from the previous occupant is paid. I have absolutely zero obligation to pay their bill. What is wrong with you Citizens Gas?
