Went in looking for siding. Staff on hand very helpful. Nice store with a ton of selection. Was told the sales person who was more familiar with the product would reach out. Been over two weeks and nothing. Not a fan of companies that can't be bothered to call thier customers!

During last summer’s pandemic shortages, all 3 area box stores were either out of exterior cedar trim or only had a handful of mangled board to “choose” from. Drove 20 minutes to this location and had a great selection of both board sizes, all boards were 1/8th of an inch thicker (not skimpy like the box stores, and the same price if not cheaper. This store’s service personnel was actually interested in helping me upon entry, unlike the GR location, which seemed highly geared toward contractors - so I’ll be making the drive for the selection & service for all current & future diy projects.

Overpriced, lazy, and flippant. Had a quality issue with an item, and Crabby Guy's reply was "They're made in China - what do you expect?". Yeah, I didn't expect *that* type of anti-customer service. They upcharge the unsuspecting by loading on things you don't need, and short you on wood by gauging on linear feet, not how you'd cut the wood for your plan. Now the really bad part. They told me I was getting the builder's price, but they charged full retail. And if they're out of stock, they never admit that the Standard Lumber on Kalamazoo has plenty, so as to trick you into waiting for them to get more stock. Unless you like rude service, dishonesty, and messed up orders, go elsewhere.
