Excellent experience -- Called to make an appointment to have multiple door locks changed and was happy to score a same day appointment. John came promptly, inspected the doors, and installed new locks within an hour or so. Would highly recommend the Roche family to anyone in need of a locksmith in the York area.

John was great. He didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. He gave me a window of time he would be at my house, and called a half hour before to let me know when he would arrive. I love my new keyless deadbolt. I would highly recommend.
