Please note I was in real estate for a number of years so my expectations are pretty high for what I expect for service. A few months ago without a lot of planning we decided to take advantage of the hot sellers Market. We had our home on the market for a couple months last year but missed prime tourist season so took it off. Glad we did because we raised the price and sold it in days this year. Homes are selling so fast we couldn't find what we wanted so prepared to rent I think what most impressed me was Robert' Cole's patience with defining what we need/want he guides his clients so well through the what can be frightening process.
