If you have a very difficult elder in your family and who needs help with taxes and who also has trust issues, this is the place to go. Jackie and her staff are the most patient and caring folks I've met in a long time. That difficult elder; loves them!

This will be my third year with Jacquelynn doing both my business and personal taxes. I don’t have a business degree and knew nothing about bookkeeping so when I first brought my disorganized mess to her; she was patient enough to help me sort through it all. She organized my books and helped guide me, in an informed way, on how to get the most money back or at least how to alleviate having to pay so much in. I had priced other tax accountants locally and found her to be doing a lot of the same services the Certified Public Accountants do but for a fraction of the cost.
