They have tiles and stuff. Disappointed by complete lack of communication and follow through. Never, not once, did they follow through with calling us or updating us. If you don't need any customer support, this place might be OK for you.

We worked with Tesaira at the Yarmouth location and she was wonderful. She helped us with the design and tile selection for our bathroom remodel and offered tips and ideas that we had not thought of, which was super helpful. As others have reported, this store has the most gorgeous tile and the broadest selection one can imagine. With that said, we won't be going back due to how rude the woman working in the store is. We had this experience a couple of years ago when tiling our hearth, but assumed it was a fluke. We went back today because we're starting a bathroom remodel, but the woman was just as rude as she was a couple of years ago. When we told her that we wanted to look around, she just stared at us for several seconds before apparently giving us permission.
