Arbor Vitae Wellness offers incredible and relaxing massage and healing experiences. The practices are grounded, thoughtful, and attuned to the subtleties of spirit and body. The energy is welcoming and the expertise is evident. Guided meditations drift clients to a tranquil space, leaving them feeling elevated and renewed. Many recommend the business to everyone, with some traveling from afar for sessions. The overall experience is the best around.
Highly recommend. Whether for reasons of comfort or literal therapy. Zeb is a very respectable, talented & experienced Licensed Message Therapist who knows his craft. He is exceptionally versed in a wide variety of techniques that make him and in turn his staff - top notch practitioners.
He is very accommodating & understanding.
After every visit; I feel recharged & renewed.
And I would be remiss, if I didn't include Thumper (the office Mascot & a friend to all).

Zeb’s connection to nature informs his wellness practices. He is grounded, thoughtful, attune to subtleties of his client’s spirit, and body.
I was first introduced to Zeb on a yoga retreat in 2019. He provided the most incredible massage and healing experience I have ever experienced. I now travel from Colorado to Maine every summer to receive a 90 minute session with Zeb. Thank you for sharing your gifts with me and my family❤️
