Court Street Baptist Church in Auburn, Maine had extensive mold and water damage as a result of a severe rainstorm. Octagon of Windham did the remediation work. Jimmy Brown was an excellent worker and supervisor of the crew. He was very willing to lead by example and was respectful with his crew and with those of us who were in the building. His work ethic was outstanding and his desire to complete the job with quality workmanship was commendable. I feel he should be rewarded for his attention to detail, and a pay raise would be more appropriate than a $25 reward.
These guys did a wonderful job! We found black mold in one of our closets. They came out within a day to evaluate the space. They came out the next day and eradicated it. This was super important to us because we have children in the home. We did not want to breath it in. They were quick, efficient, and professional. Very reasonably priced, especially for the quality of the service. We are planning on using them again for duct cleaning etc. before the Winter. If you need help, give them a call. You will not regret it!
I had a flood in March and they did some work for me. They are amazing. Professional friendly and they eased my stress, which flooding is a very stressful situation. I had to call them back for another situation in my kitchen. They just left. I'm not disappointed. I love this company. They make stressful situations feel so much better. They're honest and super helpful. I would highly definitely recommend for any restoration services.
