Late yesterday put heater stopped working. Downeast Energy sent out Andrew to my home. How lucky we were he was able to come over! We have our heat back and learned about this heating system at the same time. Andrew, much appreciation for your time. Thank you!

Employees at Down East Energy, Windham stand out as Excellent in all departments! Sue asked the right questions and listened carefully to details of our urgent need for propane, and routed our request, professionally and expeditiously. She directed us in easily setting up a new account, explaining their services. Unlike the 5 propane delivery companies I’d called earlier, whose schedules were 2 weeks out, Sue and then Amy translated our urgency for one source of heating our home, while temp outside was 3. Charged enormous amount for propane and tanks to run Generac generator. Paid in person at Windham Maine location. Tried to charge $21. Continue to send me emails saying I owe $$. I'm on a yearly payment plan for oil and service? Signed all the paperwork. Stop overcharging and causing unneeded stress
