not satisfied at all with the communication from Downeast. I called to confirm a service appointment at my camp in Windham. I could not speak to the service department. I was put on hold for quite a while then ended up speaking to a CSR (?) who had no idea and had to act as an intermediary between myself and service. Communication was poor, inefficient and a waste of time.
Late yesterday put heater stopped working. Downeast Energy sent out Andrew to my home. How lucky we were he was able to come over! We have our heat back and learned about this heating system at the same time. Andrew, much appreciation for your time. Thank you!
Employees at Down East Energy, Windham stand out as Excellent in all departments! Sue asked the right questions and listened carefully to details of our urgent need for propane, and routed our request, professionally and expeditiously. She directed us in easily setting up a new account, explaining their services. Unlike the 5 propane delivery companies I’d called earlier, whose schedules were 2 weeks out, Sue and then Amy translated our urgency for one source of heating our home, while temp outside was 3.
