Josh is awesome and does a great job. Always nice, professional, and doesn't mind me watching and learning while he does his work. Cares about quality and doing right by the customer. Great at explaining what he's doing and why. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

Very knowledgeable and accommodating.*I just wish the gentleman that came would consider not calling people “honey” or “baby” because it felt a bit condescending. I don’t think he meant anything negative by it, but for me personally I dislike when any gender calls me “pet names”.

My boiler had a flashing error code, so I called MH&C before they opened and left a message. They called me back before they even opened and was able to show up and fix my issue within 1 hour. Can't get any better than that!
