The experience was truly wonderful! Shannon was incredibly kind and patient, and her charming studio created the perfect atmosphere. She was very hands-on, offering fantastic suggestions throughout. Her selection of chains, connectors, and charms is absolutely beautiful. This was a surprise Christmas gift for my mother and daughter, and Shannon turned it into a memorable and special occasion.
