Based on the reviews, 207 Plumbing and Heating is a company that provides professional and knowledgeable service. Scheduling is easy, and technicians are quick to respond and arrive. They are great and thorough, with work that is professional, clean, and quick. The company provides updates via text and email with a reasonable service invoice and no surprises. However, the flat rate billing can be a big disadvantage if some work has already been done, as supplying an appliance gas line was almost $500. Customers have used their services multiple times and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. The technicians are informative and patient, even fixing issues not related to the initial call.
Scheduling was easy, technician was a little early and got the job done quick. The flat rate billing can be a big disadvantage if you’ve already done some of the work. Supplying an appliance gas line and 20 minutes of the technician’s time was almost $500. I do hope the $500 would of covered converting the appliance to LP.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. This is the 3rd time I have used their services. My technician, Steve, was professional, knowledgeable, and so patient explaining things to me surrounding the anxiety I had with my situation. He even fixed my shower drain while he was here, which was not the reason for my initial call. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
This has been my 1st experience with 207 Plumbing and Heating. 207's service technician Braydon S was professional and qualified to complete the overdue two year cleaning. 207 provided updates via text and email's confirming their arrival with a reasonable service invoice & no surprises about my 30 year old furnace !
