Based on the reviews, 207 Plumbing and Heating is a company that provides professional and knowledgeable service. Scheduling is easy, and technicians are quick to respond and arrive. They are great and thorough, with work that is professional, clean, and quick. The company provides updates via text and email with a reasonable service invoice and no surprises. However, the flat rate billing can be a big disadvantage if some work has already been done, as supplying an appliance gas line was almost $500. Customers have used their services multiple times and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. The technicians are informative and patient, even fixing issues not related to the initial call.
I just had a toilet replaced. Mike was very professional, explaining the work and the cost, as well as why he was doing what he was doing. I asked him to check the valves to the water supply lines on both toilets and he said they were good to go for now - no upselling of services. Everything was cleaned up when he left and everything was in working order. I will call 207 again for my next plumbing issue.
Braydon S. was absolutely fabulous. We had our furnace tune-up today and he was thorough, informative and patient with all of my questions. Very respectful and personable. I was able to learn more about our furnace system which was helpful as well as our electric water heater for the future if needed. I highly recommend 207 Heating and Plumbing. Our first time using this company and we will use them again in the future. I definitely recommend Braydon S. as your serviceman as well. GREAT JOB Braydon!! Thank you!!
