I have my furnace maintained by Pine State. My technician Adrian has serviced the unit the last two years and is excellent. I appreciate the skill and dedication to performing a thorough inspection job and cleaning. This business always treats me well and I appreciate it.
This was our first time working with Pine State and I have to say, we were impressed. Garrett was communicative out of the gate and Rob G. was stupendous onsite. They were all (+Ray and Austin) very considerate of our home and our time and kept us involved in the process. This was a big expenditure for us and hopefully one that will life-changing. Steven Drew from Pine state was awesome! Super helpful, explained what the issues were, and got the job done well! He definitely has knowledge, fixed our water heater, and had a great attitude, even though it was a longer job. 5 stars!
