I was in the midst of creating a photo montage for my Mom’s memorial service when my laptop crashed. I brought it to a major chain whose squad of geeks told me that there was no reviving it but that they would extract the files for me and load them onto the new laptop they tried to sell to me. When I came back to pick everything up, they insisted that they were unable to salvage any files on my laptop. I cannot begin to describe the absolute confidence I have in this very kind and competent man. He came to my house which was so helpful to me and did not even charge me extra. I have used Seth's services before and really consider him the very best in the computer skills/repair arena. He is just so quietly competent and very clear in his explanations. My skills are limited at best and being able to depend on him for such high quality service is very comforting to someone me age. It is very rare to find such high quality customer service in today's world.

Recently, while transferring to a new upgraded computer, our email was lost. We talked to several people, including the carrier, and were unsuccessful in retrieving the mail. Mail that contained precious memories and photos of someone we recently lost. Seth was very professional and worked quickly to restore the precious email. Seth's skill, caring, and understanding was a great comfort to us. I highly recommend Seth for all your computer needs.
