Found out my work PC wasn’t working at 8am….disaster! Michael had it fixed and back to me by 1pm the same day! Exceptional service at a fair price. From now on my first call for any tech related issues.

Mike helped me with a repair cost estimate that I needed for an I surance claim. He was helpful and had a fast turnaround time even though he knew I probably wouldn't act on the repair. If/when I do need a more involved repair, I'll definitely go here rather than any of the big box stores.

My experience with PC Rescue was outstanding. Michael's customer service exceeded all my expectations. Aside from fixing my computer at the cost he quoted ( my computer has never run better), his service ensuring my "start up" went well was excellent. Micheal even helped with an issue 2 weeks after I received my fixed computer and could not have been more helpful. Additionally, Micheal followed through on exactly what he committed to, specifically his follow up phone calls alerting me to the status of my computer. If you are experiencing any computer issues I would strongly and highly recommend PC Rescue!
