6 Lewiston Rd, West Gardiner“I have been taking my pets here since I moved to the area 6 years ago. I can't say enough good things about the staff and clinic as a whole. They treat my pets like their own. I rescue senior animals, and cost for care is something I have to budget. They take the time to guide me and answer all my questions so I am able to make decisions that are best for my pets. I feel confident that my pets could not receive better care, and my gratitude to At Home for that is really beyond words.“

Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. Annabessacook will be on the top of our list the next time we have a veterinary issue. Thank you!“

235 Hospital St, Augusta“Been going here for 40 years easily the BEST veterinary hospital in the county, if not state. I mean our cats ? bless their dramatic souls. ? have scratched bitten peed on hissed unyielding ferver and made noises I've never heard an animal make .. yet this staff has patiently and lovingly assisted our family with not only the latest pair of cuddly spoiled irrationally fearful cats but as I said 40 years of animals (and their babies) they are a whole family centered clinic and help accommodate you and your slightly difficult pets ? thank you for such wonderful care of the fur families of kennebec valley ? ❤️ ?
Bravo ? Staff Techs Volunteers and Veterinarian“

The whole staff was sympathetic and kind handling the whole situation and fit us in for a check-up only an hour later. Very thankful for their care and the way they treat our pup each visit, but especially this last one. I would recommend to anyone!“

1942 US-202, Winthrop“Great vets, easy location, excellent work and very informative. My only issue is that sometimes when I'm there, I get the feeling that a particular employee is kind of snootie and it's a little uncomfortable and off-putting. But that's just me, don't judge them just on that.“

220 Western Ave, Augusta“Pine Tree Vet and Dr. Hathaway -- I'm extremely pleased with the quality of care offered by this practice. The knowledge and skills of the Veterinary staff are the primary reason I seek out a hospital, to be the best place to have my beloved pets' health managed. I am impressed by the services I have received from Dr. Hathaway, and ftom all the tech and front desk staff at Pine Tree. Everyone has been very kind, caring, gentle with my elderly dog, and I'm going to continue to seek routine care for my pets here.“

220 Western Ave, Augusta“Been going here for many years. Overall happy, but they need to update things, including some policies. It's getting to where I hope it becomes a priority. In this day and age when we can deposit checks online with a photo I shouldn't have to drive 10 miles to pick up a piece of paper so my dog can get special food. A bathroom would be nice too.I know it's tough, but updating is important. They do treat my animals well and that bottom line is what counts. There are some days when I consider trying another place.“
