I love this place!! First off the little doggo there puts a smile on your face as soon as you walk in. Very professional and knowledgeable people. They fixed my laptop in 1 day and the cost was very reasonable. I truly had a great experience with this place I highly recommend this place for any electronic repairs or questions about electronics. This business made so easy for me that it blew my mind. I just cant get over it, the ease of it all really was super helpful. I have trouble with everything and everything feels like such a process but this place was awesome. Hi! I just wanted to say that this computer repair establishment is a great place to go for all your electronic troubles. My family has always went here to get anything we needed fixed. I do regret being so impatient when I was younger though, because when my computer broke they had to order new parts. I kept calling and asking because, yknow, I was a bored kid with nothing to do. But they made sure my computer came back to me all in one piece and like brand new. So here’s a lesson to be learned, be patient with them! If new parts are needed, you’ll have to wait. Had the computer in the shop to get a larger SSD hard drive. Reed quoted me a day to do the install of the new drive and transfer my data to it and a price; R & B delivered on all aspects!!!
