We've been going to Lakewood to provide church services for the past few years, and I must say that the way that they treat the staff and the level of cleanliness and care at the facility is top-notch. The staff take care of all of the residents, and I would highly recommend any senior come here and live out their days here because they're so unprofessional, smiley, and great to talk to. You can tell that they truly care about the residents. Every time we walked in, it was easy to be able to get in, and you can tell that they take excellent care of the facility.
The nursing care staff I had while there were just like family ! Exceptional care and just beautiful people beyond expectations !! Nice clean facility! The food program is absolutely disgusting ! Extremely small servings poorly cooked many products freezer burned or just plain run out of food ! No mor Menu selections!! You eat what they have or the alternative to a sandwich !! I truthfully wouldn't slop hogs with a lot of the crap they served as substandard !!
They treat my mother like family and with the most respect. They are caring, loving, treat the residents like they are their family. The staff are amazing and puts the residents needs first. THANKYOU
