Update Below:
Not the same company. Paid over $200 for the annual cleaning on our furnace. Tech worked 15 minutes, at best & only brought in a vacuum and a brush. No sign (or smell of fuel oil) indicating the tank filter and nozzle were changed - but charged for them. Then left without saying anything. Called to complain and the service manger promised to get back with the efficiency test result (not documented, nor done most likely). Then did not return my follow up call.

Without any notice they increased our propane price after being locked in an agreed upon price. We cancelled our service & they got the tanks in good time. Sept. we followed up for a refund for the unused propane and we were told it’d take 8-12 weeks. Why does it take that long? We are still waiting! Not happy with this company’s policy. Not a good way to get business.
